Last night we finished up our series called Get Connected where we challenged our students to connect to God (wk 1), connect with others (wk 2), and connect in ministry (wk3).
Last night was an important night because we learned how God wants us to connect in ministry within the local church by SERVING OTHERS. We are all a part of the body of Christ, and each of us have a role to play. It is our job to find our SHAPE (spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, personality, and experiences), and then use them within the body of Christ. We gave our students a spiritual gifts inventory, and we are going to follow up with them in the next few weeks to talk with them more about their spritual gifts.
